Stockbridge RR - Sunday 22nd June
Racing with Ryan & Henry from the team on a very hot and sunny day proved to be a tough one, a very strong elite field and an early break saw the race basically over very early.
Henry had a problem with his gears and Ryan pulled out with a lap to go, but even with a full team this would've been a tough one, even Wouter Sybrandy missed the break and struggled.
Time-trials
Myself and Trevor did a 21:46 in a club 2up, not bad for a couple of old fogeys.

As an anniversary present from Phil & Tom we were treated to the taster menu for 2 at Roux at Parliament Square, Westminster.
Tom was working in the kitchen and Gaby & Phil joined us for the evening.
The food was amazing as was the wine and 10 courses later we were very full. We were also treated to a tour of the kitchen and met the head chef Steve Groves. To match the quality of the food, the service was top class.
The time flew and before we knew we had a mad rush to catch the last train, luckily we grabbed a taxi and with 4 minutes to spare boarded the packed train.
A very enjoyable evening.

To celebrate Ali's 50th birthday we went on 2 night cruise to Zeebrugge aboard the P&O Azura, very busy on board due to numerous stag and hen parties. Had a few hours in Brugge which was very pleasant especially the waffles with chocolate sauce and strawberries! Fun weekend with plenty of food, drink and partying!
